Welcome to the website of Azienda Vinicola Martin Teutsch, Cortina, South Tyrol,
where you can find information on our company as well as our products.
The family-owned company Martin Teutsch was expanded in 2004 and boasts 3.5 ha of
vineyards, with an annual production of 15,000 bottles of wine. Vineyarding has always
played a key role in the lives of the Teutsch family: back in the 1950s, Friz Teutsch -
uncle of the current owner ? already managed his own winery.
The wonderful location that our company and our vineyards enjoy near the Chiusa di Salorno
is ideal for long, pleasant outings to Bassa Atesina (South Tyrol Lowlands).
In addition to selling the wine we produce, we also organise wine tasting visits to
our cellars and convivial group evenings (with prior agreement).

The Teutsch family
Martin Teutsch was born in 1960. An agronomist, he has always been a passionate wine-maker and makes
all the decisions, both for the cellar and for the company.
Carmen Ranzi Teutsch was born in 1964 and married Martin in 1986. She is a housewife who also works
hard in the company's fruit-growing and vineyarding business.
Their daughter, Franziska, was born in 1987. She attended the Scuola Superiore di Servizio Sociale
(Graduate School for Social Services) of Bolzano. After finishing her studies, she travelled to Australia
for six months - which explains why she is missing from the family photograph ? and is currently working
in her family's fruit-growing and vineyarding business.
Their son, Thomas, was born in 1988. He studied at an agricultural technical institute for 3 years and
now works in his parent's company.
Their other son, Florian, was born in 1992. At the moment, he is a student at the Scuola Professionale
di Frutticoltura e Viticoltura (Professional Fruit-growing and Vineyarding School) of Castel Varco, but
also lends a helping hand in the family business.
